Level One referral reward is available to all subscribers.
Level Two Referral rewards are available when a user pays for a yearly subscription.
Level three referral rewards are automatically calculated when a users with yearly subscription surpasses nine invites.
i.e. upon the tenth person signing up through your invite link, you'll automatically start getting awards of all level two referrals.
